Emerging Leaders Program
The goal of the MSCA Emerging Leaders Program is to identify potential leaders within the school counseling profession in Missouri and to provide them with opportunities to become actively involved with MSCA.
Emerging leaders must:
Be a member of the Missouri School Counselor Association
Have attended the MSCA Fall Conference 1+ years
Be employed as a professional school counselor in Missouri (possess a valid certificate and is employed by a school district)
Possess leadership skills and a desire to participate in furthering the mission and vision of MSCA through personal enthusiasm, professional advocacy, and active contribution
